The staff was helpful and accommodating when we requested adjustments to our meal.

The communication about the shuttle service pick-up point was very poor.

We arrived at 2am and were checked in within 10 minutes, which was perfect after a long day. The quiet room had super comfy beds, and I loved taking a relaxing stroll in the beautiful garden. Just a heads up, I didn't get the free parking I expected. still, I’d definitely recommend this place! 😊

The Jetpark Auckland Airport offered excellent service from the front desk, and the family room was spacious with separate sleeping areas, ideal for ensuring our toddler had a restful night. The kitchenette was well-equipped for making dinner, and I appreciated the ample bathroom space and high water pressure. The overall cleanliness and comfort ensured a pleasant stay.

Transportation from the airport requires direct contact with the shuttle driver, which can be cumbersome after a long flight.

I loved the soft pillows and ample parking space. The hotel’s design is welcoming, with convenient access for seniors. The outside areas, particularly the lovely chess set, provided engaging activities during my stay.

The room was really comfortable, and I had a great sleep! Everything was clean, and the bed felt perfect after a long trip. I just wish the body wash in the shower hadn't been empty. that was a little annoying. Overall, though, it was a solid stay.

We had a delightful stay in the Superior Twin Room Two Double Beds. The room was spacious with a cozy seating area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. Breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious options to kickstart our travel day. Plus, the ample parking made it easy to manage our rental car.

The Queen Room offered a comfortable sleep environment with a cozy bed that felt like a cloud after a long journey. A free shuttle conveniently connected the hotel to the airport, making transit seamless, which is a real plus for early flights.

The bathroom door's spring mechanism proved to be more of an annoyance than a convenience, as it unexpectedly bounced back at my husband when he walked in. Though the price felt a tad on the high side, paying extra is probably wise to avoid less desirable alternatives. The shuttle bus took over 30 minutes during our first ride—timing can be hit or miss.
